a utility that allows you to drag and drop files or folders directly into your Lotus Notes/Domino databases.

The current mechanism for attaching many files into Lotus Domino/Notes databases means many clicks, opening the database,
selecting the topic, or typing in the new topic, selecting the area for attachment and then selecting from the Microsoft
directory the folders and files. On average this takes 15 seconds before you are ready to attach. When you hit the open,
you have to wait as it locks the Lotus workspace until it is attached. A one mega bytes file can take 30 seconds or
longer for each megabyte of transfer. You and the Lotus area are therefore tied up until the transfer is complete!
With SendToDomino you save every subsequent 15 seconds, as you start by dragging and dropping the folders or files into
the selected database. SendToDomino only locks the database you are transferring files to rather than the Lotus
Notes/Domino workspace. You are free to do something else saving 30 seconds per megabyte of transfer.
You could get on with other work, leaving SendToDomino to carry out the populating of the database in the background.
Indeed you can load several copies of SendToDomino selecting different databases running in parallel.
What's more you are less lightly to make mistakes as you can view from SendToDomino what you have transferred and edit
this from one list, without having to search through many views of your database.
